Introduction – Hello! We are honored that you have chosen to learn more about us, Ken & Beth. We admire you for the strength and courage you have to make an adoption plan for your baby. It takes a strong person to make this decision and we can only imagine how much love, thought and selflessness you have put into this process.
About Us – We’ve been together for 9 years (married for 5) and work hard every day to strengthen our marriage. Like many other families, the three “F’s” play a huge role in our life – faith, friends, family. Our faith is very important to us and is something that was instilled in us by our parents. We’ve also surrounded ourselves with great friends – many of them have kids of their own, just waiting for another playmate.
Our families are our rock. Both (sets) of our parents, as well as our siblings and extended family, are our biggest support system. They are all so very excited about this adoption path and can’t wait for an addition to the family. Some of the most important memories we have are from family traditions. Neither side of our family lets a holiday pass by without a gathering and a large meal. We also love to celebrate milestones and vacations – any reason to get together with extended family is a good one.
About Ken – Ken is originally from Northeast Ohio and attended Mount Union College. He loves to follow Cleveland Sports, as well as keep up with many projects around the house. Ken also spends lots of time volunteering for charitable events in the community. He is currently the director of operations at an architectural salvage company.
About Beth – Beth is originally from Western Pennsylvania and moved to Northeast Ohio in 2007 for her job at the time. She immediately fell in love with Cleveland, Lake Erie and all the wonderful things to do around the area. Beth attended Slippery Rock University and also loves to play and watch sports. Currently, she is an event planner and manages a large-scale event that raises money for cancer research.
About our Home/Pets – We’ve lived in our home for 5 years and love our neighborhood. Our house is our happy place and we’ve already picked out which room will be the nursery. And we can’t forget our furry pal, Edison. He’s the happiest dog and makes our heart melt every day. He can’t wait to be a big brother.
