Caring for Kids is hosting our 4th My Time to SHINE on 07/31/2017! This is an event for youth in foster care to have a special day of pampering and fun while also having their photo taken by professional photographers. These are the photos we are then able to share with adoptive families as well as for senior photos if needed.
