Amanda Snider

Amanda graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2001. Following graduation, Amanda was employed by Lorain County Domestic Relations Court as a Juvenile Probation Officer, for over seventeen years. Amanda supervised juveniles who obtained felony and misdemeanor charges. Amanda’s last five years with Lorain County were spent supervising children who were placed into a residential foster care setting through the Court. With experience in child welfare, Amanda was employed with Portage County Job and Family Services for almost three years as an Assessment worker and a New Hire Trainer. Amanda’s passion is working with high-risk juveniles. Amanda joined the Caring for Kids team in 2022 as a Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Recruiter. Amanda is excited for this opportunity and wants to make a difference in the lives of children.
