Ashley has over ten years of experience in the field of education and behavioral intervention. With a passion for helping children overcome challenges, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to her role in providing individualized support to meet unique needs.
As a Licensed Intervention Specialist, Ashley has developed a strong expertise in creating personalized educational plans that promote success in both academic and social environments. Ashley’s ability to connect with children and foster positive behavioral changes has been a cornerstone of her career.
Ashley holds a Master's degree in Education, which has equipped her with advanced teaching strategies and insights into the learning needs of children from diverse backgrounds. Currently, Ashley is furthering her professional growth by pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work to enhance her ability to address the mental health, emotional, and social challenges faced by children of all ages.
Throughout her career, Ashley has collaborated with educators, counselors, support staff, and families to design and implement behavioral intervention strategies that are both effective and compassionate. Ashley’s approach emphasizes positivity, inclusion, and empowerment, always striving to create environments where children feel supported and capable of success.
Outside of her professional life, Ashley is passionate about advocating for mental health awareness and student success. When not working, Ashley enjoys reading and spending time with her two daughters and husband.
