Ashley has worked in child welfare for over ten years since graduating from Case Western Reserve University’s Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences with a Master of Science in Social Administration. She has professional experience as a child-centered recruiter, a foster care case manager, in behavioral health, and working with children with special needs. In addition to her professional experience in foster care and adoption, Ashley is a foster and adoptive parent who has personally navigated the system. As a result, Ashley is a strong advocate for children and families involved in the child welfare system and is passionate about obtaining needed services to provide the best outcome for those she serves.
