Christine Sourek, MSW, LSW

Christine graduated from the Master of Science in Social Work program from Cleveland State University and is a licensed social worker. She previously received her Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education from Cleveland State University. She joined Caring For Kids in 2021, serving as Clinical Case Manager in the foster care department. In 2023, she transitioned to the role of Foster Care Supervisor. Christine has previous experience in early childhood mental health, school-based mental health and working with professionals in child care settings. She has training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Conscious Discipline, and Trust-Based Relational Interventions. Christine is also trained as an Ohio adoption assessor and is a coordinator for the Ohio public adoption program with Caring For Kids. Christine is passionate about the field of child welfare and is excited to be on this journey with the families and children she serves.
