Jon Wymer, BS

Jon graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2012. Shortly after graduation, Jon worked at a residential treatment center for children and teens with behavioral issues. Jon has over 5 years of experience in working with developmentally disabled teens in a direct care capacity and over 2 years of experience as a case manager for the same agency. Jon has experience in Trauma Informed Care and teaching children to identify and utilize their coping skills. After 7 years in residential, Jon joined the Caring For Kids team in March 2020.

Jon firmly believes that every child deserves a forever home and the opportunity to reach their full potential. Jon is committed to assisting children in establishing permanent connections and is excited to work on behalf of an organization that truly believes “unadoptable is unacceptable.”
