Kaleigh Yoder, MSW, LSW

Kaleigh graduated from Kent State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus in Case Management. Kaleigh worked for over five years at a local public child welfare agency as an Ongoing Caseworker, New Hire Trainer, and at the counties Group Home. She graduated in 2019 from The University of Akron with a Masters in Social Work. During her internship for her Masters she was able to work directly with kinship families, foster parents, adoptive families, the Independent Living program, and help start a Group Home. Kaleigh is a licensed Social Worker and certified Adoption Assessor. Kaleigh joined the Caring for Kids team in May 2020 as part of the Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Recruiter program.


Kaleigh has a passion for foster care and adoption and believes every child deserves permanent connections, a sense of identity, and to feel safe. Kaleigh loves animals, being active, cruises, and believes “knowledge is power”.
