Libby graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a Concentration in Child and Youth Development. She has prior experience working in Foster Care and Adoption Licensing. She is passionate about guiding families through the licensing process and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Her goal is to create stable, loving homes for children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending as much time as she can with her family and friends.
