Stephanie Novak, LPC

Stephanie joined the Caring For Kids team in 2012 as a Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Adoption Recruiter. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Counseling from Cleveland State University. Stephanie began her social work career as a case worker in child welfare and then moved on to adoption work. She realized adoption social work was her passion and decided to pursue that career again after time off to raise her own young children.

Stephanie works with children who are at risk of aging out of the foster care system and are in need of a permanent family. She loves her role as advocate for children and is motivated by her belief that every child deserves a loving, committed family to grow up in.
