Tyler Gilmore

Tyler graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. He quickly developed a passion for working with youth and felt a calling to help others in need. Following graduation, Tyler worked for five years with children in residential, two years as a Treatment Specialist then was promoted to a Program Manager on a unit for individuals with developmental disabilities. Then, for three years he worked as Program Manager for an intensive treatment unit for teenage boys with severe mental health and behavioral issues.

Throughout his work experience, Tyler grew a deep interest in the adoption process as the joy he felt witnessing his clients find their forever home was immeasurable. He is elated to have found an organization in which he can be a part of that process as Tyler believes that everyone deserves to feel loved and a part of a family.
